Welcome to DomLumiq at domlumiq.pro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our AI home-automation device solutions, info products, and goods.
1. Scope
These Terms apply to all services, digital content, and physical goods offered by DomLumiq.
2. Services
2.1 AI Home-Automation Device Solutions
We provide consulting, setup, and maintenance of AI-powered home-automation devices customized to your environment.
2.2 Scheduled Services
Consultation and installation services are scheduled per agreement. You may reschedule up to 48 hours before the appointment without penalty. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable due to reserved resources.
3. Info Products
DomLumiq offers digital guides and training materials ("Info Products") accessible via download links. Upon delivery of the download link, access is deemed complete.
4. Goods
Physical products sold through our platform are subject to availability. We ship devices to the address provided at checkout.
5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
5.1 Services
For AI home-automation services:
- Rescheduling requests submitted at least 48 hours before the service date will be accommodated at no extra cost.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior are non-refundable due to allocation of personnel and equipment.
- Approved refunds or credits will be issued to the original payment method or as account credit within 14 days of confirmation.
- Service transfers to another individual or location are permitted if requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled date.
5.2 Info Products
- Downloads confirmed and accessed are final and non-refundable.
- If a download link fails, you may request a replacement link within 7 days of purchase. We will provide a new link or issue account credit within 5 business days.
5.3 Goods
- You may return eligible products within 14 days of delivery in original, unused condition.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Returned items will be inspected and, if accepted, a refund is processed to the original payment method or issued as account credit within 21 days of receipt.
- Damaged or missing parts may result in partial credit based on inspection.
6. Modifications and Termination
DomLumiq reserves the right to modify or suspend services and these Terms at any time with notice. Continued use after changes signifies acceptance.
